ENGINEERING AS SOCIAL ENGINEERING AS EXPERIMENTATION Engineering should be regarded as an inherently risky activity as many products of technology present some potential dangers. Therefore in order to explore its ethical implications, it is suggested that engineering should be viewed as an experimental process. This experiment is not conducted solely in the lab under controlled conditions. Rather it is an experiment on a social scale involving human subjects. Experimentation is commonly recognized as playing an essential role in the design process. Preliminary tests or simulations are conducted from the time it is decided to convert a new engineering concept into its first rough design. Materials and processes are tried out, usually employing formal experimental techniques. Such tests serve as the basis for more detailed designs, which in turn are tested. MORAL FRAMEWORKS ETHICAL THEORY An ethical theory is a comprehensive perspective on morality that clarifies, organizes, and guides moral reflection. If successful, it provides a framework for making moral choices and resolving moral dilemmas–not a simple formula, but rather a comprehensive way to identify, structure, and integrate moral reasons. Ethical theories also ground the requirements in engineering codes of ethics by reference to broader moral principles. In doing so, they illuminate connections between engineering codes of ethics and “ordinary” morality–that is, justified moral values that play a role in all areas of life. MORAL REASONING Ethical dilemmas are situations in which moral reasons come into conflict, or in which the applications of moral values are unclear, and it is not immediately obvious what should be done. Ethical dilemmas arise in engineering because moral values are many and varied. COMPLEXITIES IN RESOLVING MORAL DILEMMAS There are three distinct complexities in resolving moral dilemmas: Vagueness : The engineer is not clear which moral considerations or principles apply to the current situation . For example, is it right to accept an expensive gift from a supplier. Will it be like accepting bribe? Will it affect fairness of the contract? Will he be obliged to give undue concessions to the supplier? Conflicting Reasons :  At that two perfectly accepted moral principles are in conflict with each other . سوال            جواب   سوال . . . . . . . . . مولوی صاحب حلالہ اور متعہ میں کیا فرق ھے جواب . . . . . حلالہ اور متعہ میں زمین آسمان جتنا فرق ھے تفصیل عرض کردیتا ہوں توجہ سے پڑھنا  پہلے خاوند سے طلاق کے بعد اُسی کے ساتھہ دوبارہ نکاح کیلئے کسی دوسرے مرد سے نکاح اور مباشرت لازمی ھے اگر دوسرا خاوند طلاق دیدے تو یہ خاتون اپنے پہلے والے خاوند سے نکاح کرسکتی ھے گویا کہ نکاحِ ثانی بعد از طلاق وجہ جواز بنتا ھے پہلے خاوند سے دوبارہ نکاح کیلئے تو اِس وجہ سے یہ نکاح حلالہ کہلاتا ھے یعنی حلال کرنے والا کام، اور یہ نکاح بھی طلاق واقع ہونے سے پہلے باالکل عام نکاح ہی تھا جیسا کہ پہلا یا تیسرا نکاح اور اگر پہلاخاوند، یہ عورت، یا اِن کا کوئی وکیل اِس دوسرے نکاح کو طلاق کے ساتھہ توڑنے کے عوض دوسرے خاوند کو کوئی پیکج پیش کرے پیسے دے ہیرے موتی سونا چاندے دے سارا پاکستان سارا جہان دیدے شرطیں لگوائے اسٹامپ پیپر لکھوائے جو چاہے کرے اِس دوسرے نکاح پہ کچھہ بھی اثر نہیں پڑیگا کہ نکاح نام ہے گواہوں کی موجودگی میں ایجاب و قبول کا، ایسی لایٙعنی شرائط سے نکاح نہ باطل ہوتا ھے نہ ہی ختم ہوتا ھے پس نکاح
