FRESH NOTE ISSUANCE POLICY SBP today issue a circular about fresh note issuance policy as you know SBP has already taken many precautionary measures ( work from home,SOP for financial institutions to strictly follow the instructions to maintain the social distancing ,wear a mask and gloves)for the welfare of people Separate arrangement for collection of cash from Hospitals as well as clinics,issuance of medical advisory A meeting held and decided not to issue a fresh currency not to the general public on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr 2020.Committee chaired by the DG,to mitigate the risk of COVID-19,therefore suspension of fresh note issuance policy
