SBP today issue a circular about fresh note issuance policy as you know SBP has already taken

many precautionary measures ( work from home,SOP for financial institutions to strictly follow

the instructions to maintain the social distancing ,wear a mask and gloves)for the welfare of people

Separate arrangement for collection of cash from Hospitals as well as clinics,issuance of medical

advisory









A meeting held and decided not to issue a fresh currency not to the general public on the occasion

of Eid ul Fitr 2020.Committee chaired by the DG,to mitigate the risk of COVID-19,therefore suspension of fresh note issuance policy

Abdul Sattar Edhi passes away Abdul Sattar Edhi passed away on July 08, 2016 Friday after his prolonged fight with illness following kidney failure, said Dr Abhay, medical officer at Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT). The philanthropist was brought to SIUT after he had trouble breathing and was subsequently put on ventilator. “Edhi was admitted to the intensive care unit of SIUT after he had trouble breathing,” Faisal Edhi had earlier said while addressing a press conference..
